Zywyn's proprietary high voltage trench SOI BiCMOS processing technology moves into production. With less than one year's work with our foundry partner, Zywyn has successfully completed the patent pending trench SOI BiCMOS processing technology. With these completely isolated silicon tubs, we are able to implement high voltage Bipolar, CMOS transistors, and low-voltage low-power CMOS transistors on the same chip with practically no inter-channel leakage. Our Display EL Driver product series have been successfully developed based on this process technology, and the device performances are significantly improved over conventional EL drivers.
Enhanced version of the trench SOI based process is now under our second phase of development. Please stay tuned for more updating news from Zywyn Corporation. |
